ELF IN THE SHOPPE

From December 8th – 21st (weekdays only) this is your chance to win the daily drawing of a $20 gift certificate to the Shoppes at Zion.  PLUS get qualified to win the grand prize—a Shoppes at Zion $300 SHOPPING SPREE.

Every day between 6am and 9am during the KONY Country Morning Show, Marty and Amy will announce which shoppe Jingle the Elf is hiding in at The Shoppes at Zion.

Check the KONY Country Facebook page for the daily location of the elf.

Shoppes open daily at 10am and close at 9pm! 11am – 6pm on Sundays

Rules & Regulations

The Shoppes at Zion, Elf in the Shoppe
Gift Certificate & Shopping Spree Drawing

  1. Starting Thursday, December 8th, Monday through Friday, listen to the Planet 105.1, KONY 99.9, Sunny 101.5, or 95.9 The Hawk between 6am & 9am, check out Facebook pages for Planet 105.1, Sunny101.5 and 95.9 The Hawk and 99.9 KONY Country or view the websites of myplanet105.1.com, 999konycountry.com, mysunny1015.com, and 959thehawk.com for the store JINGLE the Elf will be that day.  Go to that store and find JINGLE then enter to win at the store by 8:00 pm for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to ANY store at The Shoppes at Zion.  All daily winners will be entered for a chance to win a $300 shopping spree drawn on Thursday, December 22nd.
  2. Entry form must be filled out completely with one name only to be eligible for the drawing.  Address stamps and labels are acceptable.  Winner will be called from the number listed on entry form and announced on the radio the following day.
  3. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and present proper identification to be eligible for this promotion.
  4. Only one entry per person, per store, per day.
  5. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their entry form is deposited in the drawing box by 8:00 pm each day.
  6. No purchase necessary to enter to win.
  7. Any person employed by The Shoppes at Zion and/or one of its stores is not eligible to participate in this promotion. Management reserves the right to exclude any individual from this promotion in its sole and absolute discretion.
  8. There will be no cash option offered on the gift certificate or shopping spree. The gift certificate & shopping spree are given in gift certificates good at any store located at The Shoppes at Zion.
  9. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Shoppes at Zion management team.
  10. The winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.
  11. The Shoppes at Zion will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants in this promotion.
  12. Any entry form that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with mechanically reproduced, is illegible or has been obtained by any means other than the pursuant to these rules is automatically void. In addition, management of The Shoppes at Zion reserves the rights to void any form at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
  13. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to The Shoppes at Zion, to use their names, likeness, etc. for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  14. The Official Rules, the methods in which the entry forms are used, the order in which the entry forms are drawn, the time or date of the drawing, or any other rule or method relating to the gift certificate & shopping spree giveaway in general may be modified or canceled by Management at any time in its sole discretion.
  15. Entry forms are non-transferable.
