LADY ANTEBELLUM’s chose “Heart Break” as the title of their album because it reads a few different ways.  There’s the terrible feeling of a heartbreak . . . but there’s also the need to TAKE a break after a relationship has ended.

HILLARY SCOTT says quote, “We just loved the play on words.  We thought it was clever, but also really hits you straight in the heart, which is how you feel when you’re trying to move on from a relationship.”
