Sam Hunt Went to Hawaii Seven Times to Win Back Hannah Lee
SAM HUNT says he took seven trips to Hawaii last summer trying to convince Hannah Lee to take him back. Obviously, the seventh trip worked. They’ve been married since April.
SAM HUNT is so good looking it’s hard to believe he’s ever had to work at getting a woman. But getting a woman back, well, he’s had to do some serious work there.
As everyone knows by now, before he married Hannah Lee earlier this year, they had a very long on-and-off relationship. It was filled with so much emotion that he wrote enough songs to fill out his first album.
And he named it, “Montevallo”, which is where she lived. Anyway, at some point he wised up and realized he couldn’t live without her. Unfortunately, she wasn’t having it . . . but he refused to take no for an answer.
He said quote, “I think last summer I went out [to Hawaii] about seven times in three months trying to talk to her about coming back. And the seventh trip I convinced her.
